Michael Imbriano and John Drowica opened Quartz Caterers at the Nassau County Bar Association, in Mineola , New York, in July 2004. As a full service Caterer, we assist the Nassau Bar Association, their members/non-members and associates with all their event needs. Whether it's a Bar Association event, corporate lunch, reception or social gathering of any kind, we will provide you with fine food and cutting edge creativity. In addition, we serve lunch daily (at the Nassau County Bar Association Dining Room) from 12:00pm until 2:00pm. Everyone is welcome!

Quartz Caterers offers a complete range of services – Tea and Cocktail Receptions, Buffet and Sit Down held in the Dining room of Domus (for large parties) or the Great Hall, Founders/Board Rooms for smaller events.

We can provide all services you need, including entertainment, valet parking, music, transportation, decorations and any rental needs that are required to make your event the best it can be. Our staff is highly professional and truly enjoys what they do!
